Salient Features

Feeding
Fully automatic vibrator with hopper.
Chutes
2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 tracks to suit your production requirements can be supplied. With vibrators, they carry tablets/ capsules onto the sealing rollers.
Sealing rollers
These are high precision carbon steel rollers, heat-treated for minimum wear and tear treated with high quality heating elements.
Cutting mechanism
Horizontal and vertical cutting as per your requirements is achieved by steel knives fitted under the rollers and between the rollers respectively.
Controls
Convenient location of start/stop switch.
Dual clutch: one for start/stop operation of sealing roller, and other for feeder disc.
Two knobs provided for adjusting and positioning the rolls of sealing material.
